Our Story

Scratch Kitchen

Scratch Kitchen wants to be the place you go for quick bite, luncheon meeting or coffee date. You might also choose to grab a prepared meal from the case (allow someone else to do the home cooking).  We are also the place to order a special cake or sweet treat for a special occasion. Have a meeting? We have you covered there as well order ahead for lunch or a tray of baked goods.  If your having a get together we want to take the pressure off by offering fresh baked breads, spreads, soups, salads and more.  

       Seasonally we are offering locally grown vegetable and flower plants to grow in your own garden.  Let us provide the flowers for that special occasion in your life with locally grown fresh cut flower bouquets available weekly in the summer.

About the Chef/Owner

Denver Semon is the owner & chef behind Scratch Kitchen she has had the dream and ambitions of opening her own place but nothing quite fell into place until now. She spent the last 20+ years working as chef for some the areas favorite places and beyond. She has stepped back from fine dining and dinner fare but is bringing the same passion for quality, fresh ingredients and scratch cooking to breakfast and lunch.  She is combining the love of food with the love of growing food and flowers. She is also the grower of all the vegetable and flower plants and flower bouquets that will be found at Scratch Kitchen.
